We accept no responsibility for any loss, theft or damage to valuables or personal property.
The Symposium, Training Camp and Symposium/Training Camp Platform is provided on an “as is” basis. Other than as stated in these Terms, we make no (and expressly exclude all) conditions, representation or warranties, express or implied, whether by statute, common law, or otherwise, to the greatest extent permitted by law.
MASSUK Ltd relies on authors of articles, contractors and third-party data providers to confirm the accuracy of information presented and to describe generally accepted practices and therefore MASSUK Ltd cannot warrant as to its accuracy or that this meets all or any requirement for professional development. You should be aware that professionals in the field may have different opinions. Because of this fact and also because of regular advances in medical research MASSUK Ltd recommends that you independently verify any information you choose to rely upon. It is your responsibility to make your own professional judgements.
Any personal information you provide will be processed in line with our Privacy Policy and any applicable data protection — for example you consent to the sharing of personal information including name, email and job title with Industry Sponsors following the Symposium.

If you choose to participate in the “Stunt Workshop” session, you do so at your own risk, we (“MASSUK Ltd”) do not accept responsibility for and is not liable for any injuries sustained or damage to property.
You agree not to reproduce, distribute, copy, create a database, translate or modify the Materials, create derivative works, or in any way commercially exploit the Materials without our prior written consent.
We reserve the right to reproduce images and video recordings taken at the Symposium and during the Training Camp in order to promote in print, on the website and on social media.
You give us permission and full rights to the use of images resulting from the photography/video filming of MASSUK meetings.
You agree to comply with these Terms, the Registration Page, all applicable laws and regulations in relation to the Symposium, Symposium Platform, Training Camp, Venue and use of the Website and any further instructions issued by us at any time.
You must ensure that all the details submitted to us on the Registration Page are accurate and up to date. Please notify us if any of your details require updating.
Your use of the Website, the Materials, the Symposium and Training Camp shall not infringe the rights of any other person or body. You will not directly or indirectly:
We shall be entitled to remove any delegate/participant from the Symposium or Training Camp and/or Venue if in our reasonable opinion their behaviour or attendance at the Symposium, Training Camp or Venue:
