Training Camp / Stunt Workshop Notes

  • Athletes may choose to participate in both Kata sessions, both Kumite sessions, or one of each.
  • Final timings of sessions/Stunt Workshop are subject to change.
  • There will be short breaks during each session for rehydration and small snacks.
  • Athletes must bring their sparring kit including hand mitts/gloves, leg pads/insteps, mouthguard, groin guard and headguard. Chest/bodyguard is preferable. Without it, they may not be able to participate in all aspects of the training session.
  • Children under 18 must be registered by their responsible adult at the start of the day and collected by their responsible adult at the end of the day.
